ABOUT

Eldo Ridge was established in 2004 as a non-profit company. 

Eldo Ridge is a company managed by Directors who are considered members in good standing. There are currently 5 portfolios which include: Aesthetics and gardens, Security, Legal and house rules, Communication and Finance.

Directors are prevented from standing for longer than 3 years by the MOI which requires that one third of the directors resign at the conclusion of each financial year.

The following rules have been established in terms of the memorandum of Articles of Association of the Eldoraign Ext 67  Homeowners Association (THE HOA) and are binding upon all occupants and residents of the Estate.

The Registered Owners of the properties are responsible for ensuring that members of their families, tenants, visitors, friends and employees abide by the rules. Happy and harmonious community living is achieved when residents use and enjoy their property as well as the public areas of the Estate in compliance with these rules.

In the Sectional Title complex HILLVIEW COURT the Sectional Title Act, will apply in addition to these rules and Regulations.

In respect of the interpretation of these rules the decision of the Board of Directors is final and binding. The rules are subject to change from time to time, as, and how it may become necessary in the opinion of the Board of Directors, who are required by the statutory and governance documentation of The HOA to make and amend rules.
